When will I receive my order?

The Netherlands and Belgium

When you order a product that is in stock before 23:00, it will be with you the following business day. For example, if your place your order on Monday evening, it will arrive on Tuesday.

Other countries

For all other EU countries and the UK, delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 10 working days. To check delivery to your country, see our Delivery page.

How can I find out the exact dimensions and features of a product?

When it comes to ordering online, we at Jay hill know how important it is for our customers to have as much information about our products as possible. That's why you'll find detailed information on each product page, including the dimensions, weight and other features. Which postal service will be used to send my order?

The Netherlands and Belgium

We send all of our smaller parcels within the Netherlands and to Belgium with PostNL. Larger orders are sent with our delivery partner TransMission. For more information about our shipping, please visit our Delivery page.
