The Jay Hill wood chips are easy to use. Before you want to use the wood chips, all you have to do is soak them in water for a couple of hours. After the wood chips have finished soaking, simply toss them onto the burning embers in your smoker, lidded pan or BBQ. Then place the meat on a rack over the coals, cover with a lid and cook.
